The Consultation
A conversation in our Zelienople showroom, at no cost, about your home, your lifestyle, and your vision. It’s as much about fit as about scope.
The Home Visit
We visit your home, measure your space, and review the scope of work. From there, our designers craft a plan and curate every material, drawn from our conversations and your inspiration.
The Presentation
Back at the showroom, we walk you through a presentation with detailed renderings alongside the actual materials, selected with intention.
Contractor In-Home Visit
We return to your home with our contractor to review the scope of work together. This provides you with the opportunity to review any questions pertaining to the construction process.
The Proposal
We present the complete project: design, scope of work, and the contract. Construction starts once you’ve approved every detail. This ensures that we stay on the same page throughout the project.
Project Coordination
Once the contract is signed off, we order all the materials, schedule deliveries, and inventory products upon delivery. Your project begins only when everything is on site and accounted for.
Construction Management
Throughout construction, Cindy is on site at least once a week, working hand in hand with our trusted partners to keep everything on schedule and handle anything that arises. Your home is protected and kept clean while we work. We treat it as carefully as if it were our own. At the end, we provide you with a warranty packet with every material registered.
