Haute Designs is a kitchen and bath design studio in Zelienople, Pennsylvania. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. When you call, email, or visit the showroom, we keep the contact details and notes a working relationship needs.
Browsing the site does not require an account, and we never ask for payment information here.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, schedule consultations, prepare designs and proposals, and keep in touch about your project. If you ask about an event at the showroom, we use your contact details to hold your spot and send the details.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics
Our website platform collects aggregate visit statistics, such as which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from. These numbers reach us anonymized. We use them to understand what is useful on the site and what is not.
Third-party content
Some pages embed content from other services, such as our Instagram feed. When a page loads embedded content, the service providing it may set its own cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy. Links to Houzz, Instagram, and Facebook take you to those platforms, where their policies apply.
Who we share it with
A small set of service providers help us run the business: the platform that hosts this website and delivers form submissions, and the tools we use for email and scheduling. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Beyond that, we would disclose information only if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep project records and correspondence for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterward, since renovation clients often return years later with the next room. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@hautekitchenbath.com and we will take care of it. You can also simply call the showroom.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top will tell you when. Significant changes will be noted plainly here.
